How to add Shared Outlook Calendar for College Readiness

00:00:03 2. Click 'Calendar' in the bottom left corner

00:00:11 3. Click 'Open Calendar' under the 'Home' tab

00:00:15 4. Click 'Open Shared Calendar…' from the dropdown

00:00:20 Type 'HISD College Readiness' in the 'Name' box and click ok.

00:00:29 6. The College Readiness shared Outlook calendar is now added as a separate calendar.

00:00:33 Events on the College Readiness shared Outlook calendar are colored the same as the College Readiness calendar tab.

00:00:39 You may overlay the College Readiness calendar with your calendars by clicking the arrow at the top of each calendar tab.
