Can I change plans after purchasing?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan right away or downgrade at your monthly or annual renewal. Refunds cannot be issued for payments already made and we don’t provide partial term refunds.


Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do for the annual subscription on Group Plans. See this page for details.


Does this provide shared hosting for uploading?
The Group Plan enables multiple computers to access the Pro Recorder. If your users need shared hosting you can purchase Team Pro Hosting at a significant discount with your purchase of any Group Plan.


How do you track the computers for the Group Plan?
You sign up for a max number of computers each month. Through out the month we count the computers that launch the recorder from your unique Group Plan Site License Page. At the start of each month the count is reset so you can have a different set of computers each month.


How do you access the Pro Recorder with the Group Plan?
When you setup your license you will pick a unique URL on our site which your users can access to use the Pro Recorder OR they can install the app and use the URL to enable the Pro features in the install (Watch this tutorial for more detail).

If I start with recorder only can I add the editing tools later?
Yes, just contact us when ready.


What is the difference with the On-Premise Solution?
In the hosted version the recorder and editing tools are distributed by Screencast-O-Matic and you don’t need to manage updates. For on premises, you manage the software distribution.


Do you provide deployment support?
Yes, we provide a deployment guide which is sufficient for most customers but are also available for phone support if needed.

Can I test it before paying?
Yes, we can provide you with a test distribution so you can integrate and test before purchase.
