Can I get a refund if I don’t like it? Refunds cannot be issued for payments already made. You should try our free recorder before purchasing to make sure it’s right for you.

Can I upload recordings longer than 15 min with the Deluxe Plan? You can record for as long as you want, but uploads to Screencast-O-Matic.com are limited to 15-minutes per upload, unless you have the Premier plan.

Can I use on more than one computer? Yes, as long as it is used by just you, you can login to our site from any computer and to use Screencast-O-Matic. If you have multiple users that need to use Screencast-O-Matic, you should take a look at our Team plans.

Do you accept purchase orders? Not for Solo plans, but we do for Team plans.

Can I change plans after purchasing? Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime or downgrade at your monthly or annual renewal. Refunds cannot be issued for payments already made and we don’t provide partial term refunds.

Does this provide shared hosting for uploading? The Team Deluxe plan is a way for multiple people to access our intuitive video editor. if your users need shared hosting, too, then you would need the Team Premier plan.

How do you track the computers for the Team plans? You determine the max number of computers each month when you sign up. Throughout the month, we count the computers that launch the recorder from your unique Team page. At the start of each month, the count is reset, so you can have a different set of computers each month.

How do you access the video editor with the Team plan? When you setup your license, you will pick a unique URL on our site which your users can access to use the video editor OR they can install the app and use the URL to enable the editing features in the install (Watch this for more detail).
