36 minute EMOM workout starting with a 6 minute warm up followed by 3 rounds of 8 exercises. You have one minute to complete the reps for the following movements: 20 superman pull-downs, 15 push back planks, 20 squat - reaches, 12 burpees, 10 plank up - downs, 20 cossack squats, 20 reverse lunges, & 12 side plank dips L/R. 4 minute cool-down.
