40 minute full body HIRT session starting with a 6 minute warm up followed by 4 rounds of 38/18s rest. Exercises include thrusters - alternating arms, cossack squats - 1 arm rows L/R, push ups - push backs, & squat cleans - reverse lunges. Core finisher: 3 rounds of DB sit ups and renegade rows. 5 minute cool-down.
