42 minute mild intensity session starting with a 6 minute warm up followed by working sets of 40/15s rest. You will need 2 discs (carpet) or towels (hardwood floors). 1st half exercises are disc lying leg curls, RDLs, disc sliding knee tucks & king kongs. 2nd half moves are bent over rows, hand disc slide outs, & supers. Last set of 4 is squat - bicep curl. 5 minute cool-down.
