((Intro)) Here's how to add transitions to your recording.
00:06 |
First, go to the point on your timeline where you want to insert your transition.
00:11 |
Click on "Tools" and select "Transition" Or you can just press the "T" key to start the tool.
00:18 |
Select the type of transition to use by clicking on the Type option, which will pull up a list of all the transitions we offer. If you hover over any of the transitions, it will pop-up a preview of what the transitions does.
00:30 |
Some of the transition also support more modifications such as "Direction" which controls rotation or if the effect happens inward or outward.
00:39 |
Once you select your transition, you can increase or decrease the duration of the transition with these arrow buttons.
00:46 |
To preview what the transition looks like in your recording, you can press the "Preview" button here.
00:52 |
When you are ready, click the "Okay" button to save it.
00:56 |
A colored span will show on the timeline where the transition was added. If you want to change, or remove the transition, you can seek back to that spot on the timeline, then click this icon, and it will bring up a menu to change the transition or remove it completely.
01:12 |
If you add a transition at the start, or end, of your recording, the transition will come in from an empty screen which will be filled with whatever color you have setup for your canvas here. If you want to choose a different color, you can click to change it.
