Creating a Line Graph using Microsoft Excel

Begin by clicking on block A1
0:05Start entering the data you want in the graph
0:18Don't forget to extend the columns so the entire title can be seen
0:32As you enter the data click on the next cell or hit enter to move to the cell below
1:45Once your data is entered, highlight all the columns where you have entered your data.
2:01The next step is to go to the Insert tab and click on the line graph you wish to use.
2:20Make sure all you data transferred correctly to your graph
2:30Then add in the title for your graph and axis by clicking on the Layout tab and selecting Chart Title then Axis Title
3:40After you have entered your titles your done!
3:43Don't forget to save your graph after you are finished.
